Topics to be reviewed include: 1) Hiring & Interviewing in a Virtual World 2) Continued post-pandemic challenges for MSLs 3) Benefits of joining a Medical Affairs/ MSL Professional Society 4) How to "Nuance the No" 5) Rightsizing teams: Building MSL teams
Learning Objective : At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
- Examine a variety of topics relevant to the current and future of the MSL role
- Discuss best practices with MSL industry leaders
- Participate in a question and answer session to evaluate challenges from current MSLs
