IQVIA Innovation Theater: Implementing a Rapid Registry (CARE) Solution for Real-World Insights About COVID-19 Symptom Persistence
Session Chair(s)

As COVID-19 swept across the globe, it heightened the need for relevant data in near real-time. The COVID-19 Active Research Experience (CARE) registry launched in mid-2020, with people reporting from the US and UK about symptom severity and duration, COVID testing, vaccines, risk factors, medications, etc. The CARE infrastructure supports supplementary research like a 28-day symptom study of people who tested positive for COVID-19, a study that was designed and completed in a few months.
