Medical information departments across the pharmaceutical industry are placing an emphasis on improving the value of the scientific content they provide in written correspondence. This session will discuss how simple, easily digestible, meaningful, and intuitive style of health literate communication will enable our stakeholder to make better informed decisions by improving the comprehension of complex data. One of the key challenges associated with any medical information management system is to keep up with patient unmet needs and expectations which evolve with time including the need for timely delivery of accurate and up-to-date information on medicines from different platforms or channels.
