Neelu has over 20 years of strategic communication, cross-functional leadership and management consulting experience. Prior to PharmApprove, Neelu was a Partner at Rosetta, where she helped lead the company’s healthcare consulting practice. She has worked closely with clinical, medical, regulatory and commercial teams across all stages of the product lifecycle in over 25 product categories. She is an expert in early market assessment, customer insight development, marketing, messaging and strategic planning. Earlier in her career, she led cross-functional brand teams as a marketer at BMS, Campbell’s Soup, NCI Consulting and the Boston Consulting Group.

Senior Communications Coach, Pete Taft provides strategic counsel and coaching services. He has conducted dozens of “lessons learned” sessions, videoconferences, workshops, seminars and individual coaching sessions. Pete began his career in journalism, covering crime, politics and law. He later served as a communications executive in both the public and private sectors, advising leaders on strategic communications, public speaking, and media relations.
