Student Rate: Complimentary

To register as a Student, please review the requirements, complete the Student Application Form, once submitted you will receive an email from NAEvents@DIAglobal.org within 72 hours. You will be notified by DIA Staff if your registration application is approved. If approved, you will receive an email with the Student Registration Form for completion. You will also be asked to provide a summary of your experience to DIA in return for your complimentary registration. Your registration will be completed upon return of the completed registration form. The deadline for complimentary registration is December 3, 2021.

Patient Advocate Rate: Complimentary

To register as a Patient Advocate, please review the requirements, complete the Patient Advocate Application Form, once submitted you will receive an email from NAEvents@DIAglobal.org within 72 hours. You will be notified by DIA Staff if your registration application is approved. If approved, you will receive an email with the Patient Advocate Registration Form for completion. You will also be asked to provide a summary of your experience to DIA in return for your complimentary registration. Your registration will be completed upon return of the completed registration form. The deadline for complimentary registration is December 3, 2021.

Press and Media Registrations

Media registration is open to editors and reporters working full-time for print, broadcast, or web publications with valid press credentials. Please email PR@DIAglobal.org for full requirements and registration.

Group Discounts

Register three individuals from the same company and receive complimentary registration for a fourth! All four individuals must register and prepay at the same time – no exceptions. DIA will apply the value of the lowest applicable fee to this complimentary registration; it does NOT include fees for optional events or DIA membership. You may substitute group participants of the same membership status at any time; however, administrative fees may be incurred.

Group registration is not available online and does not apply to the already-discounted fees for government or charitable nonprofit/academia. To take advantage of this offer, please print a registration form for EACH of the four registrants from your company. Include the names of all four group registrants on each of the forms and return them together to DIA.
