Study examines evolution of CT findings in COVID-19

All five individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 at the Taizhou Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University in China had various ground-glass opacities with or without patchy consolidation, but they had significant chest radiographic improvements after undergoing active treatment, researchers reported in the Korean Journal of Radiology. The findings also showed that all the patients recovered and were discharged after chest CT scans showed major improvement in acute exudative lesions. Health Imaging online (3/19)
