As a veteran of almost 25-years in life sciences, Richard has held multiple operational roles in Pharma and CRO organisations, such as GlaxoWellcome, Novo Nordisk, Chiltern and Parexel, before moving into eClinical Solutions, with Cmed and Medidata. Today, Richard brings Veeva customers executive vision and proven operational experience in data management, eClinical Solutions, and advanced clinical strategies, including adaptive trials, risk based monitoring, and strategic technology reviews.

Drew Garty’s career in pharmaceutical technology spans over 20 years and includes significant developments in EDC, clinical site monitoring, and clinical trial management solutions. Drew’s innovative solutions in risk-based monitoring earned him a prestigious industry “Clinical Innovator of the Year” award. Drew joined Veeva in 2016 to lead the ground-up design of Veeva’s clinical data management solutions in Veeva Vault CDMS. In his current role of Chief Technology Officer for Vault CDMS, Drew shares and collaborates with customers, partners, and the industry to set the vision and direction of Veeva's CDMS product family.
