Annual Meeting App Logo Banner
The DIA Annual Meeting app is free and available to all registered attendees on Android, Apple, and Mobile Web. Attendees will have the ability to manage their agenda and appointments, receive news and real-time announcements, network with fellow attendees, and get information on exhibiting companies. The app will be available through app stores in May. A limited number of logo banners are available and the deadline is fast approaching. Contact our team at J. Please visit the Exhibitor Resource Center on the Annual Meeting website for information on all your ordering needs. Freeman is the official show services contractor for the DIA 2013 49th Annual Meeting and their ordering system is now live! To receive an additional discount on select items, place your order online prior to the deadline date of Friday, May 31.
Catering through Levy Restaurants (exclusive provider) and the MCCA Exhibitor Ordering Guide (for electric, internet, cleaning, etc.) are also available through the Exhibitor Resource Center.

Exhibitor Invites Email Campaign
Again this year, DIA is offering Exhibitors a great opportunity: a free customized email campaign! This campaign allows you to send up to three emails to an unlimited number of your customers and prospects, offering them valuable discounts and a friendly reminder to stop by your booth during the DIA 2013 49th Annual Meeting.
The 95 exhibitors who made use of the program in 2012 sent nearly 706,000 emails to 348,488 of their customers and prospects. It’s a great way to boost awareness about your company, increase your ROI from the show, and helps ensure that all your key customers and prospects attend the DIA 2013 49th Annual Meeting, and visit your booth.
