A UL EduNeering course

Health Canada—the country’s health department—touches the lives of virtually every Canadian. This special tour introduces participants to Health Canada's mission and organization. The tour then focuses on the department’s Health Products and Food Branch (HPFB), which directly affects pharmaceutical manufacturers. Participants will learn about the major branches of Health Canada, including the HPFB and its directorates. Participants also will learn to identify the unique roles and responsibilities of the three HPFB directorates that most directly impact the pharmaceutical industry.
