Terri has been the Deputy Executive Director for ACRP since 2013. She’s been an ACRP member since 1997 and an ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) since 1999. Terri is a former senior clinical research operations professional with 18 years of clinical and industry experience, coupled with 26 years in acute care nursing in the healthcare setting. Terri received her RN from Centennial College, BScN from York University and an Executive MBA from Athabasca University.

Rob has been a computer scientist and programmer for over 30 years in the scientific programming, e-commerce, biotech, and health care industries. He implemented study startup and CTMS functionality at 9 bay area biotech companies, and invented a method that allows medical and biotech organizations to use cloud-based analytics to monitor patient data. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Sacramento State University and a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Clinical Informatics from UCSF.

Manager of start-up professionals engaged in the rapid activation of sites conducting clinical research. Strong background includes entry level support, site activation role & a global lead role giving keen insight for real-world resolution of the obstacles staff encounter. Keenly passionate for the professional growth & development of the individual which results in a strong team, client satisfaction & repeat awards. Active role in the training & retention of key talent & empowering thought leaders at all levels. Heavily involved in company & department initiatives, training & process development.
