This workshop will enable participants to gain insight into the elements of self-awareness and self-management and gain practical tools for application. Elements of self-awareness examined by participants will include their strengths and weaknesses, values and aspirations. The self-management portion of the workshop will help participants reflect on their personal triggers, examine cognitive biases in decision making, learn how to gain an optimistic mindset, and build resilience with permanent energy. The workshop will provide time for participants to perform self-reflection and to gain practical tools to apply their insights. Ultimately, participants will learn how to accelerate becoming highly self-aware, to become more effective leading in ambiguity.
Learning Objective : Demonstrate how to lead in ambiguous environments by helping leaders to become highly self-aware; Discuss the importance of self-awareness as a cornerstone in developing emotional intelligence; Apply practical tools to improve their self-awareness and self-management to improve performance.
