Elizabeth Lincoln,

Global Director of Engagement

As Global Director of Engagement for DIA, Ms. Lincoln heads up DIA’s patient initiatives to build long-term engagement with and contribution from patient advocates and leads a human resource (HR) function internally that enables all DIA employees to work to their maximum potential in an environment that reflects DIA’s core values.

Ms. Lincoln’s background demonstrates her versatility and wide range of experience in human capital development.  Prior to joining DIA, she provided HR consulting services to clients of the Delaware Valley area’s largest privately-held career consultancy and human performance firm.  Previous to that, Ms. Lincoln worked for a global management consulting company providing Fortune 500 clients with change management consulting services including strategic planning, professional development, employee relations, performance management, organization merger and restructuring, salary administration, and project staffing for IT outsourcing engagements. She also led project teams for various engagements primarily in the financial services industry.

Ms. Lincoln earned her BA in mathematics from the University of Delaware, which program included the first ever mathematics exchange program with Eötvös University in Budapest, Hungary.  She also completed a MA in Japanese studies from the University of Pennsylvania after teaching English as a second language in Tokyo for almost three years.
