As Global Director of Engagement for DIA, Elizabeth Lincoln is responsible for building and leading a human resource (HR) function that enables all DIA employees and business units to work to their maximum potential while ensuring that they are treated in a manner consistent with DIA’s values and high standards.
Prior to joining DIA, Elizabeth provided HR consulting, organizational effectiveness, and related process improvement services to clients of the tri-state area’s largest privately-held career consultancy and human performance firm. Among her accomplishments: Building a complete on-boarding process to help a start-up company hire 100+ employees across the US within a few months; Designing and implementing a full HR infrastructure, including a performance evaluation process and outcomes-based job descriptions, for a family-owned business with 250+ employees; and Designing and facilitating dozens of customized workshops and retreats including team building, strategic planning, organizational alignment, and leadership development.
Previous to that, Elizabeth served the world’s largest consulting company (with, at that time, more than 100,000 employees and $14B annual revenue) by providing clients with change management consulting service including professional development, employee relations, performance management, salary administration, HR information system services, and project staffing for IT outsourcing engagements. She has also led project teams for various engagements in the insurance, retail banking, and financial service industries. Elizabeth is also the founder and owner of the design and graphic arts company Peace Tree Design LLC.
Elizabeth earned her BA in mathematics from the University of Delaware, and an MA in Japanese studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
