Terms and Conditions for DIA Webinars

Cancellation and Transfer Policy for Webinars

Webinar registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable. DIA reserves the right to modify or cancel programs and/or substitute presenters or panelists. DIA is not responsible for failure to deliver programs due to circumstances beyond its control.


Webinar Access Information

DIA will provide the registrant with specific information for accessing the webinar. This information must be treated as proprietary and not given to anyone else.

Individual Registration: License for one login allowing access for one viewer.

Group Site Registration: License for one login, allowing for multiple viewers at a single location.

Group Plus Registration: License for up to five logins, allowing one or more viewers at each login location.


Event Notices

Unless otherwise disclosed, the statements made by speakers and instructors represent their own opinions and not necessarily those of the organization they represent, or that of DIA (Drug Information Association). Speakers, instructors, agenda, and continuing education information are subject to change without notice. Recording of any DIA educational material in any type of media is prohibited without prior written consent from DIA.

DIA reserves the right to restrict or deny admission to, or expel from the Event any person: (i) who in DIA’s sole discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which DIA reasonably considers to be disruptive of the Event; (ii) violating DIA’s rules or policies, or local, state, or federal laws, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by DIA in its sole discretion; or (iii) for any other reason in its sole discretion.

DIA accepts no liability for problems that may be encountered as a result of high traffic on the web.

As a condition of registering for the DIA event, you acknowledge DIA’s right to record and stream, by any audio, video, or audio-visual means, the DIA event and your participation in the event, including your image, questions, and comments.  You further acknowledge DIA’s right, as the sole and exclusive owner of the event, to use, reproduce, publish, license, sell, display, and distribute copies of the event in any print or electronic medium (such as CD-ROM or via the Internet) consistent with DIA’s nonprofit and tax exempt purposes.  You agree to waive any right to royalties or compensation for any of the rights you have granted DIA.


Participants with Disabilities

Reasonable accommodations will be made available to persons with disabilities who attend an educational activity. Contact the DIA office in writing at least 15 days prior to event to indicate your needs.
